Once opened from packaging, seat covers might have wrinkles, it is normal as they are still a kind of fabric seat covers and were packed while dispatching. Once you fit them on wrinkles will be vanished in some time.

Currently, we use highly engineered neoprene fabric for our seat covers, but we are always working on developing new fabrics to enhance our quality standards.
Neoprene is a very pliable rubber-like material with insulating properties similar to rubber or other solid plastics for seat protection against moisture. Due to being wear-resistant and its protective characteristics makes the best material to use as a seat cover
Before launching any product, we run certain tests on our fabric and finished product to meets the high-quality standard for our Australian market

Yes, most of the accessories that we supply are custom made but we do have universal design accessories as well.
Unlike standard fabric seat covers, neoprene seat covers that we supply are very easy to clean. Use a damp cloth to clean the dust, followed by a lint remover to clean all dust particles. In case of a spill, run 1 cycle of the cold wash with mild detergent and dry in shade.

Receiving Your Order
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day or within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day
Local Delivery via Aus. the post takes between 3 to 5 working days to arrive, although in general, the majority of our customers are pleasantly surprised to receive their orders very quickly (within 2 to 3 days).
A next-day delivery option is available for orders placed before 2 pm via Aus Post Express next day delivery service.

How Do I Return An Item?

If you are outside Australia, please ensure your items are marked as OTHER/RETURN/REPLACEMENT (value $0.00) on any customs/import labels before returning them to us.
If a replacement is urgent, it would be quickest to place a new order online first, then return the existing item marked for a refund.
If you have experienced a problem due to a manufacturing fault, we are happy to act on your behalf and contact our supplier to initiate a claim. To do this, please send an email email@example.com explaining the fault in detail and include photographs clearly showing the fault. Photographs are essential when making a warranty claim.
In case any product is damaged by our customer, then we will try our best to repair the product if possible. If the damaged product is determined as beyond repair and impacts safety of our customer, then do we reserve the right to replace the Product with the same or equivalent Product, rather than repair it at a cost provided at that time.
